Our small and fine house is located only 500 m from the 3K cable car to the Kitzsteinhorn and the city bus stops right in front of our house.
When the air smokes while breathing and the sun falls on the mountain slopes and ski runs, dreamlike conditions for skiing and snowboarding announce themselves. Away from the ski slopes, fresh powder snow awaits and provides the best conditions for freeriding, winter hiking, cross-country skiing, tobogganing or for extended ski tours.

No one is as close to the winter nature of the mountains as a ski tourer. Training can be done on the slopes and on the marked ski tours in the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area or on the Ronachkopf ski touring mountain in Thumersbach.
